The Romanian Lupus Wrangler is a Romanian civilian who worked with the Sanctuary team.
Note: In Episode 1x01 - "Sanctuary for All, Part I", this scene was rewritten. It was no longer set in Romania, occurred during the summer Ashley Magnus turned 18-years-old, and the Romanian Lupus wrangler was replaced with a group of a few nervous locals, one of which who "seriously looked like Adrien Brody".
Speculation: It is assumed from the dialogue that Doctor Lim had their own office / medical practice (that the character was not part of the hospital). Either that, or due to it being in the middle of the night, they decided to take Sylvio Rudd to Doctor Lim's personal residence instead to get patched up. It was quite obvious that Doctor Lim is a familiar name to both Henry Foss and Ashley Magnus, possibly making them a frequently used civilian doctor by the Old City Sanctuary and or by those in or dealing with the abnormal community in general.[1]

She says to Bigfoot that she wants Hans to prep their plane, wheels up in four hours.
Note: It is unknown whether or not if Ashley Magnus or Bigfoot each have their own pilots license. It's assumed that Hans himself was a pilot who flew them to their destination. It is also unknown if Hans was a permanent on-call pilot for the Sanctuary Network and or if he was simply just a pilot that is frequently chartered often by them.
Maurice Macrae[]
Maurice Macrae was a man convinced that he was an abnormal with the ability of telepathy.

Status: While the dog is alive (yet not seen) in the dream world, the dog may be nonexistent or already dead (like Mary Anne Zimmerman) in the real world.
Trivia: The name Monty is based on Damian Kindler's actual dog. It can also potentially be a 'pet name' short for "Montague"; as in Montague John Druitt.
