Joe was a werewolf and a member of the Lycan clan housed in the Oldham Psychiatric Institute. He was killed by his friend Liam when the latter suddenly turned into a werewolf when they were playing cards at night. Henry Foss later came across his partially transformed body in the morgue.[1]
