A Norcotocada in Praxis
The Norcotocada are a species of abnormals native to Hollow Earth.
They are Amphibian humanoids, with horizontal black pupils and yellow eyes, and their heads resemble those of Frogs. One of them is seen walking through a Praxis government building and passing by Fallon and Will Zimmerman.[1]
Some time later, a Norcotocada was among the abnormal rebels who came to the surface and were put in a concentration camp overseen by the Lotus Defense Corps.[2] He was a violent person with a temper, and one of the leaders of the uprising in the camp.[3]
At least one Norcotocada was held at Area 51 in 2011.[4]
